Electronics

Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase

Coverage:

Outdoor Equipment

Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Performance issues under normal use conditions

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions (unless the product is designed for such use)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper maintenance or storage

General Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@aquaholic.hr with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos of the defect.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the issue is covered under our warranty.
  3. Approval: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product to us.

Resolution If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product at no charge
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product

Shipping Costs For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of shipping the defective product back to us. The cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to you must be covered by user.

Limitations Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
