Returns Policy

At Aquqholic, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@aquaholic.hr with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the return slip provided. Use the provided shipping label to send the item back to us.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aquaholic.hr

Shipping Costs For orders within the European Union, we will refund the product price and initial shipping costs. For orders outside the European Union and Switzerland, all shipping and returns costs have to be paid by the customer.
