The Torpedo Funtube is especially popular with children, but also with adults. Its special shape allows the banana boat to glide very easily and brings a broad grin to everyone’s face, even at low speeds. Therefore, this towable tube is also a good choice for motorboats and jet skis with less horsepower.

The wider side tubes make the banana boat more stable and safer for children. Furthermore, the tube won’t tip over at the slightest turn, allowing for higher speeds and more action.

A robust outer shell made of 840D nylon (1260D for the 4-person Torpedo), along with a 0.75 mm thick inner tube, ensures a long lifespan. Padded ankle handles and EVA-covered seats allow you to comfortably glide across the water. The three inner tubes are each equipped with drainage holes, allowing the tube to dry quickly. The Boston valve allows you to inflate and deflate the inflatable tube in just a few minutes using standard hand or foot pumps.

The fun tube is suitable for saltwater, but should be rinsed with fresh water afterward. The torpedo comes with a repair kit. Choose between the torpedo for 2, 3, or 4 people.

Inflate

Do not use a compressor or compressed air to inflate the tube! A standard hand or foot pump for inflatable boats is best.

Towing

For towing, it’s best to use a Mesle Tube towline. Water ski towlines are not suitable for towing fun tubes! If your boat doesn’t have a centrally located tow bar, you’ll also need a tow triangle to connect the towline to the boat.
