Description

The Head Epic Joy is a high performance piste ski for women. A ski that goes fast with elegance. The tight radius makes it easy to initiate turns and carve from turn to turn. The small rocker in the tip makes it easy to ski in all snow conditions. A stylish ski that keeps balance and control on all pistes.

Rocker Camber Flat
The ski is effortlessly steered thanks to the tip rocker and easily stays on top of the snow. With pre-tensioning under the binding, the ski is easy to take off and allows you to put a lot of pressure on the edges.

LYT Tech ConstructionBy developing a ski line with lightweight Karuba wood and Graphene fully embedded Head was able to increase performance while making it lighter. A unique weight distribution makes tip and tail thicker and the middle section thinner. The V-shape gives you effortless control for better steering, more stability and control.

WorldCup Sandwich Cap Construction
The Worldcup Sandwich Cap Construction, is developed with the most sophisticated materials. With a balanced mix of light Graphene and extra Titanal® layers, the ski combines the most extreme agility with extreme responsiveness, ultimate performance.

Woodcore
The core consists of specifically selected wood types that are laminated in different compositions into a solid core. This gives the designers control over all the characteristics of the ski.

Graphene
Graphene is an unrivalled light and strong material. With the use of Graphene, Head is able to make strong skis without affecting the weight.

Era 3.0Era 3.0 is a sophisticated combination of the rocker, radius and rebound in the ski, which results in characteristics that make the ski accessible for all types of skiing behavior.

Sidewall Construction
A PU layer that seals the layered ski construction on the side and adds strength. Skis with a sidewall construction are generally more stable at speed, livelier and more durable.

Joy 11 GW SLRThe mounted lightweight Joy 11 GW binding is certified for Alpine and GripWalk ski boot soles. With a DIN setting of 3-11, it is suitable for every skier.
